Contributions to the business & legal sector in Kuwait

The firm plays a prominent part in supporting the business sector in Kuwait, ATB has worked closely with Naseba& Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority "KDIPA" in Hosting the Kuwait Investment and Joint Venture Forum as the Exclusive legal sponsor.
As part of ATB & Partners commitment and contribution to the development of Kuwait's Business and legal sector, its associates regularly lecture in Seminars and legal talks held by local private and public universities on up-to-date legal subjects including Kuwait's new Companies Act, the Capital Market Authority Act and Prevention of Competition Act.

 



Contributions to Kuwait Future Lawyers

ATB & Partners has worked closely with Kuwait University and Kuwait's Lawyers Association on the Tomorrow's Leaders training Program and has provided a significant amount of its management and senior associate's time to help deliver appropriate opportunities for young Legal graduates to gain first class exposure in the legal field. As part of its belief on the importance of preparing legal expertise to the advancement of the legal profession, ATB & Partners regularly takes on legal interns from Kuwait law graduates.

 



Pro Bono

Pro Bono has always been in the sight of ATB & Partners management, since its conception its founder Adnan Alajeel welcomed representing case-worthy individuals whom do not possess the financial means to reclaim their justful rights. ATB & Partners has carried out pro Bono work for several local Non-Profit organizations, part of the work consisted of legally represented some of these organization on cases that tackle threats to public order and social interest.
